Your comfort in the saddle is the result of a hidden work, an invisible advantage that lets you ride without worrying about anything but transferring your power to the bike.
Made with skillfully developed details that work as a fine-tuned machine, chamois are your invisible advantage.
To deliver comfort and perfect fit, we use a wide variety of materials in our fabrics and padding. We also use different construction technologies. That’s why we’ve engineered two types of pad construction: stitched and thermo-molded. Both technologies guarantee the highest standards of comfort, protection, breathability, and performance.
Construction of a stitched chamois follows the traditional methods.
Materials are cut separately, the fabric is laminated to the foam, then the layers are joined through an automated stitching operation. Our stitched pads are extremely soft and, with this technology, we can feature the latest in padding inserts like our N3X inserts.
In the thermo-molded chamois, the fabric is laminated to the foam, top sheets and padding are cut, and then the materials are joined together through the use of high temperatures. One of the key benefits to thermo-molding is that we can offer multiple areas of protection while maintaining a lower bulk.
Assembling our pads with an anatomic construction ensures they’ll completely adapt to the cyclist’s body. That adaptation guarantees a perfect fit, as well as stability in the saddle, which is the key to delivering power on the bike.
Stitched chamois
In stitched chamois, the anatomic shape is created by assembling two half-moon shapes. The two components of the pad are joined using traditional stitching (with an optional flatlock stitching) and ultrasonic technology, guaranteeing a smooth surface where the pad contacts the skin.
Thermo-molded pads have a multidirectional curvature, a construction technology invented by Elastic Interface®. The pad’s curved anatomic shape is created through the use of three-dimensional molds and counter molds, which allow us to create pre-shaped, ergonomic pads.
The latest addition to our anatomic collection is the seamless half-moon shape, a mixed construction that combines thermo-molding and stitching technologies. This construction provides the typical fit of an anatomic stitched chamois, along with the comfort of a seamless central channel.
We’ve created a variety of chamois top solutions to improve the air permeability and breathability of our products. Our primary goal is always to improve a cyclist’s comfort during the ride. Our perforated top designs and Air Mapping System are designed to guarantee lower skin temperature and improved moisture management.
During long rides, when sweating is unavoidable, it is essential to keep the skin temperature as low as possible. We developed Air Mapping System to improve air permeability and circulation for cyclists.
Air Mapping System has no lamination. The materials are simply glued together with the use of heat and a film that melts with the foam.
This allows us to create a fabric-only top with ventilation holes, and supportive foam underneath. Our innovative Air Mapping System increases wicking performance and air permeability while adding overall breathability.
Conch design is a simple way to improve cyclists’ comfort while riding.
A computerized cutting system and a specific design of the seams allow us to create a three-dimensional area in the front of the padding that provides comfort to the genital region, while the soft elastic mesh insert allows proper ventilation, keeping the area comfortably dry.
These two elements improve the cyclist’s performance by eliminating unwanted compression and moisture retention.

Improving saddle stability is also part of our work to provide you with better allies in your rides. The foam's smooth transitions help eliminate unnecessary transitions between pads.
Innovation also means renovating and improving classic construction techniques. In this frame we find Evologic Progressive 2.0.
Evologic Progressive 2.0 is the next step in gradual foam shaping. In the same bulk, cyclists will enjoy a completely smooth transition from a medium-density, transitional foam in the lateral areas to a more protective foam in the peak pressure areas. This construction allows us to reduce bulk, whilst keeping athletes comfortable and stable in saddle.
Our patented EvoLogic technology is an innovative manufacturing process that reduces foam waste by 80%, compared to traditional carving techniques.
EvoLogic technology provides lighter, more elastic, more breathable pads, thanks to the absence of glue between the foam layers. The process also allows us to create pads that have seamless construction, smooth areas of transition and a wider range of comfortable shapes and designs.
Our innovative Refined Edge features a gradual reduction of the foam toward the edge. This allows a very clean design and superior comfort, eliminating any possible points of friction. With Refined Edge, any type of stitching can be used, and the foam is not visible from the edge, as in traditional pads.
