At Elastic Interface®, we are committed to designing and producing sustainable sports goods that promote cycling performance while also contributing to environmental sustainability. Our innovations are integrated with best practices that align with sustainability principles, and we focus on:
- Energy savings and efficiency throughout our production facilities
- Promoting a circular economy by minimizing waste and reusing resources
- Utilizing renewable energy sources to further reduce negative environmental impacts and increase positive contributions to the biosphere and local ecosystems
These efforts are carried out in collaboration with partners who share our commitment to sustainability.
One is to source eco-friendly fabrics and materials that have certified, measurably reduced environmental impact.
Another is to reduce production waste, both in the product development phase and during the production process.
And finally, we consider sustainability through the health of the cyclist by guaranteeing product safety from the material selection to the final preparation for shipping.
Fabrics that are pre-consumer and post-consumer recycled.
Foams that are 65% bio-based, delivering the same foam performance with reduced impact.
By integrating 3D-printing into our production, we created an insert that is zero waste.
The “I’mPerfect” collection is made from leftover fabrics and fabrics with aesthetic imperfections.
